What we collect
Your name, phone number, preferred contact method, rental dates and comment that you enter in the request form.
Why we use it
Only to process your request: confirming it, contacting you and arranging tool pickup.
Who receives it
The request is delivered to the service owner via Telegram. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
Data is kept as long as needed to carry out the rental and meet accounting requirements, then deleted.
Fraud prevention
To protect our equipment we check an ID document at pickup and keep an internal list of customers who failed to return or damaged equipment. This list is not shared with third parties and is used only to decide whether to hand over equipment.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data by writing to the email listed in contacts.
